Constellation Work

 

Sometimes you have a problem, it is big. Sometimes you can feel it in your body, like something has latched on to you and it won't let go. Sometimes you have worked on relieving yourself of the bothersome trouble in many ways. And yet, you wake up in the morning and it is still there and you want so badly to be free of this problem and get on with your life.

 

Let's try a new perspective. What if it's not you. Does hearing that bring some relief? Maybe you can breath a little more easily? Perhaps it even rings a bell of truth within you.

 

Sometimes, as we dig further back into our ancestral field we find that someone back there suffered, deeply. And nobody noticed. Nobody was there to acknowledge their pain, their suffering and so that pain, that deep traumatic pain got buried in someones heart. Someone(s) may have hoped that it just went away. In a way it did, but it wasn't healed. It slipped from sight, but it continued to breath and influence the people who were still yet to come.

 

This pain and it's symptoms moved from generation to generation. It is these symptoms that show up in our lives or the lives of our loved ones and that continue to get passed down from generation to generation. It can be that problem that just shows up in our lives and won't go away.

 

In family constellation work, we open up the ancestral field and take a look around, sometimes a long far back look. It's there that older problems lie waiting for someone to touch upon this wound, acknowledge it and re-instate love into the one who carried the original hurt and into the family line that inherited it.
